jtpryan 0
When I select photo note the camera comes on, I take the picture, the select to save. My expectation at that point is that I wll go back to EverNote. But the camera stays on and no matter what I do I cannot get it to go away. If I kill the camera task and try to go back to EverNote, the camera launches.Any ideas?-Jim Link to comment

jtpryan 0
Well, I can't get you the log. The forum won't let me paste it in. It won't allow a .log extension. It won't allow a .txt extension. It won't allow a blank extension. Love it. Link to comment

Ah_Fan 23
You can send log to android-preview@evernote.com from Evernote setting screen. But I believe that it is possible that you have run out of memory from the phone and so can't get the snapshot. Link to comment
jtpryan 0
I sent the log file.I do get the photo. But I cannot exit the camera. I have to power cycle the phone. After I do, if I go into EverNote the photo is there.-Jim Link to comment
Ah_Fan 23
Hi, jtpryan, from your log, our engineer comments that " com.nitrodesk.droid20.nitroid/com.nitrodesk.daemon.ExchangeListenerSvc is crashing. I don't know what this is, but it isn't our app." You can un-install that application and see if the problem disappears. Link to comment
Ah_Fan 23
Additional comment, this may be system-wide memory issue or Wi-Fi connection problems. Give it a try after reboot the phone and with a good Wi-Fi signal. Send us the log as soon as you have the problem. Link to comment
kalnel 7
FWIW, the nitrodesk.daemon.ExchangeListenerSync thing is related to the app Touchdown, a PIM app with calendar, contacts, tasks, etc., that syncs to Exchange servers.I got a similar problem with it crashing while trying to upload photos to Facebook. The only workaround I've found is to kill the process and app before I try uploading. Link to comment
