Cmd+ Ctrl + H for highlight is not working

Recommended Posts

Hi

I am using macOS Big Sur 11.4. , EN 10.14.6

for me Cmd+Ctrl + H is not working for highlighting. Curiously Cmd+ Ctrl + Fn + H does the highlighting.

However, I dont think that this is the expected behaviour hence bringing it your notice.

BTW - you guys are doing a great job. Keep it up. I am very excited to see what big things are in store once we the new EN is at par with legacy.

Thanks

The Windows equivalent (ctrl-shift-H) does seem to be working so presumably the problem is not in the core program but something specific to the mac implementation.

It works for me.  In fact, both Cmd+Ctrl + H and  Cmd+ Ctrl + Fn + H wok for me.

Works on my MacBook Pro, Big Sur 11.4, EN Mac 10.14.7, toggles highlighter on and off. It always uses yellow, not the preselected color- which is ok for me.

Have you restarted EN after updating, logged out and in again, restarted the Mac ? This is my first trouble shooting routine, not only for EN.

Is the key combination maybe assigned to another command in your Macs keyboard settings ?
