Please fix it ! this situation has been there for 3 weeks ! A lot of people ***** it on the apple store customer opinion, and your programmer pretend to ignore it. Please see this image below. All I get is a green 'loading..' circle which explains nothing. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to try to improve performance, or make sure you have a good network connection to send and receive data. Link to comment

Uninstall, dump all data Switch the iPhone off, wait a little, on again (Apple logo must show) Reinstall the app, log in, and wait until the initial download is done Link to comment

Unsync any of the other devices. Already uninstalled/install many times and still on endless circle on previous version and new version 10.11 on Iphone iOS 14.5.1. Evernote goes in an endless loop after trying to access any note. Only using two devices. Works fine on a Dell notebook. Please help. Thanks Link to comment

Or EN does not recognize the same iOS device, and thinks it is another one. The way to solve this is probably to reduce the clients to just one, and try again to open it on iOS. EN did not really enforce the 2-devices-limit for a long time. From you and other posts here in the forum, this seem to have changed. Link to comment
