Note reverted to three days previous after quite a few edits.

A note which I use often and now has no history except for the date it reverted to (5/5/21).

Nothing in the trash except for much older notes.

Hi.  If the content is important to you,  it might be available through an upgrade - even if only for a month or so - to gain access to Note History

Use note history to view older versions of a note

Even if that doesn't work you'll also have access to Support who'll be able to analyse the logs and work out what happened.

There are only revisions previous to 5/5.   I did contact support and they are investigating.  Thank you for responding.

Hmmm - you show here as Basic user. Basic users don’t have access to note history ?!

I upgraded as suggested.  After that it showed 5/5 back and then 5/9        5/6 to 5/7 are missing.

Are you sure it had synced to the server ?

Missing note history from my experience is an indicator that the content had never reached the server, for whatever reason.

I was only using one PC.  The changes were there on Thursday and again on Friday, but on the one PC.  May not have.  I will be rebuilding the file this evening.  Thanks for your insight.

You could think about checking on the syncing issue meanwhile. Because what happened once, may happen again.

You can open the web client in a browser window (no device limit while you are on Premium) and check from time to time whether it reflects changes made on the desktop client. If not you are closer to events and can maybe find out what did stop the syncing.
