Rich Allcorn 1
After performing the last update, I now cannot create a note on my Macbook Pro. When I click on create a new Note, it goes to a blank screen and nothing works. No paste, typing, nothing! Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,799 Posted February 28, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted February 28, 2021 Not what should happen. I run 2 accounts (one Basic for testing, one Premium with my notes) in a v10client, plus the main account in legacy as well. v10 is working in general, though it does. Ot support some of my workflows yet. But note creation never was an issue. Does EN have all permissions in the Security & Privacy settings of the Mac ? If the problem persists, I would do a complete uninstall, using AppCleaner and selecting all program elements in the selection window. Then shut the Mac down once, fire it up again and reinstall. I prefer the direct install from the EN web site, not the AppStore. Or issue a support ticket. Link to comment
