Old account, no longer have access to password or email address (STILL BEING BILLED CAN'T CANCEL)

So i no longer have access to an old email account nor do i have access to the password that was created for the account. The account is still being billed and i am stuck. How do i cancel the subscription and/or get access to the account. I have access to all of the billing information so i can prove who i am. Deleting the account or gaining access are both ok solutions but i have to stop the billing. It's being billed to a previous employer of mine.

Create a new account, use it to issue a support ticket (ticket type „Account“ can be chosen by Basic users) and ask for help with the blocked account. Support will probably need a proof of ownership.
