  1. I am not finding anywhere that will let me open a support ticket. Where is it located i am basically in a loop that keeps sending me to help articles or these forums.
  2. So i no longer have access to an old email account nor do i have access to the password that was created for the account. The account is still being billed and i am stuck. How do i cancel the subscription and/or get access to the account. I have access to all of the billing information so i can prove who i am. Deleting the account or gaining access are both ok solutions but i have to stop the billing. It's being billed to a previous employer of mine.
