niikassim 20
I need to use my default pdf editor/reader and not the one that ships with Evernote 10 for android. This is very important for my workflow. Any idea how to get this done? Thanks Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,117 Posted December 11, 2020 Level 5 Share Posted December 11, 2020 On iOS (no Android user, but clients are similar): open the note with the pdf hit edit, then click on the pdf. If done right, 3 symbols occur at the bottom of the note field, above the keyboard. The down arrow is for downloading the attachment, behind the 3 dots there is another download option. The 3rd is the inbuilt annotation tool. Download to the devices memory, open it from there with your editor When storing back, the simplest way is to create a new note with the modified pdf Not an ideal workflow, but this is how it works (at least under EN iOS v10.2). Ended up using this "not so ideal" workaround. Will have to make do until any future update rectifies the issue. Thanks @PinkElephant 1 Link to comment
