Unable to connect to Evernote

Hi All,

I am reinstalling evernote in my windows 10 laptop. It came error "Unable to connect to Evernote". I have restarted laptop and re-download the evernote apps. But, no luck.

Internet works very fine. I still can access the web version and android apps.

Please help.

I have disabled antivirus and firewall. Still the same.

What is your device count ?

Old version (legacy) and new client (v10) are each counted as one device, even if they run on the same computer. Maybe you need to unsync your prior installation before you can log into the new client.

I have revoke all access (including my android), still cannot

Did you uninstall the app from your PC, and reinstalled ?

Trying to install the new v10-version, or the legacy ? Since you are on Basic, if you install both, you already use up your device limit.
