Internal links still pointing to the Web App on 10.1.7

It looks like 10.1.7 only partially fixed internal links pointing to the Web App.

1. If I copy a note link and simply past it (cmd+v) on another note, the link will point to the note in the Mac App.
2. If I copy the note link and select a text on the other note and create a link on the word/phrase (cmd+k), the link will point to the web App.

Note.: This is happening on Mac and Windows.

By the way, I do understand the safety reasons for the little pop-up (bubble) showing the URL when links are pointing to non-Evernote addresses. But having that extra step for internal links creating an unnecessary step that is constantly slowing down our workflows.

Hi - I use links from Evernote in Omnifocus i.e "review contract".

Prior to latest release clicking o the link in Omnifocus would take me to the note in the Evernote app. This now opened a web browser.

Will this be fixed?

Links are broken with the new version, it is said to come back with a future release. No roadmap, no timetable for missing features ...

Curios situation that the new version of the app has so many of the original basic and most useful features missing.

Evernote and I have worked in harmony for about 10 years but now all bets are off!
