creating support ticket

Hi! 

 

No matter how many links I follow/how much I try, I CANNOT create a support ticket. The UX is really ghastly! I'm trying to request all my personal data be permanently removed as I delete my account and I just have no way of finding out how to do it! Help!!!

I had the same problem and there was something on my account preventing me from creating a support ticket. It was on Evernote's end; nothing I did or could change.

You are on a Basic account. This means you are not entitled to personal support, other than on account issues.

This is no ghastly UX, it is you not paying for what you use. However, the support data base on the EN web site is available for you as for all of us. It took 1 minute to find this support document that describes what you need to do to erase your account:

Do it, and you are done.
