trnetwork 0 Posted September 25, 2020 Share Posted September 25, 2020 When I try to log a ticket via the Admin Console, the app opens another tab and then signs me out. This happens repeatedly and I can't get anywhere to chat with support. I checked the web site https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us and I get this message "We apologize for the inconvenience. We are having some technical difficulties, and chat is currently unavailable. It is our hope to have it up and running as soon as we can. Thanks for your understanding." It is kind of hard to get anything done during the business day when you have a critical application not working as it should be. I turned to sending a DM to @evernotehelps on Twitter to see if I could get anyone to assist. Still waiting on a reply. Any suggestions? Link to comment
