Annotating Image Blacks Out Portions of Screenshot

When I directly clip and save a video screenshot from Youtube, the image saves correctly. If I annotate the screenshot before saving, 3/4 of the image gets blacked out.

• It is repeatable no matter the video
• It blacks out the same area no matter where the annotation occurs

I've uninstalled, then reinstalled the Webclipper extension. I've been dealing with this issue for at least a year, so I doubt it's version specific. I'm using Chrome on Mac. Here is another user reporting the same problem. Any thoughts?

Hi.  I'm not a Mac user but my clips aren't showing anything similar in Chrome - as a subscriber,  have to you tried contacting Support?  We're a (mainly) user-supported forum.  Support can maybe look into this a little deeper.

I'm having the same problem- also on chrome/mac and I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
