ta2909i 0
Why do we take notes? Usually to keep saved an item of high value, and sometimes to solidify information completely priceless. Twice I have lost information incredibly value able to myself for the iPad app closing without having saved a Sketch Note. Safe-keeping of data is perhaps the highest priority for an app like Evernote, more so than the interface. This is truly disappointing. I lost my sketch notes the first time.... shame on you. I lost them the second time.... shame on me. But will Evernote do something about it or continue as a Nevernote? Using iPad Pro 2017, with the recent iPad OS 13 Link to comment

Evernote can try to help you if you contact support - we're a (mainly) user-supported forum, so not in a position to help you with account-level issues. https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new Link to comment
