Could you make it possible for Evernote to save clipboard data? A user could copy data on their desktop, and via Evernote, paste the data on their mobile device. The stored clipboard data should be encrypted because sometimes sensitive data like passwords are copied.

You can paste clipboard data into a note which will then sync to the mobile device.  Encrypting the clip (as long as it is text) is another step in the process.

Maybe you should look into a 3rd-party solution. This one purports to work for WIndows, OS X, Linux, and Android: http://www.clipbrd.com/ (I've never used it myself)
