Bug: App become "not responding" when drag and drop files

It happened several times now when I drag words and pdf files into a new note window. I have to restart Evernote, the created note appear with a thumbnail of the document but empty inside. Please fix. There are multiples more minor bugs but this one is very annoying. Although I've just renewed the subscription, I'm so disappointed with the product lately.

Hi.  As a premium user you will have access to email and chat support - I'd suggest you report this issue;  dragging and dropping has never caused a problem for me,  and an 'empty' icon is a new one for me.  If the icon exists,  then double-clicking it should open the file.  I do know Support will probably ask you to sync your database up to date,  then uninstall,  restart,  and reinstall Evernote to ensure that an update glitch isn't causing you particular problems,  so you might like to look into doing that while you wait for a response.
