Evernote and Dropbox

How do I link my Evernote scans to Dropbox which my genealogy software (RootsMagic 7) recognizes?  Thanks.

Evernote is a closed file system; embedding all data in its database.
This doesn't work well for external access.

For external use, you can store your scans as files in Dropbox.
In your Evernote Note, insert a link to the scan file; for example

Hi, @mlmetz5612114, how did the link solution work out?  Hopefully, it made your genealogy workflow a simple process  ?

I would also recommend looking into Zapier and/or IFTTT as additional options to link EN to Dropbox.  Happy research!

i had never thought about linking my Evernote  scans to Dropbox.....this would have helped me alot earlier when i was working on a project tagged Ibadan for Hotels.ng. thanks for this topic, is really going to help me alot.
