Is there a way to view and respond to the ticket through Evernote's web site, or is it just through email? I do have a ticket # and I can respond to the email, but despite searching I can only find where to open a new ticket, not view an existing one. Thanks Link to comment

Email is all you have I'm afraid: just reply to the last mail you received, or if it seems like a long time since you heard anything, re-forward your last comment. You can also post your ticket number here if you wish, and we can ask our nice Admin peeps to remind the support team you're waiting for a resolution... Link to comment
