Unable to update my email address

I once changed my email by mistake, and since then EN keeps on asking if I want to update the mail address which is bouncing

But when I try to update to the old address it will not allow it

It requires a completely new address, so I cannot use any of my old emails

Why is that ?

Are you getting an error that the email address is currently being used by another account?

Which indicates you have multiple accounts, and one of the accounts is using that address.

Its too easy to accidently create new accounts when using the login screen.

But that email is not existing. It is the email that is found on my Account Info, this is the account I am using.

I was unable to change to ANY new mail address. The system says it has sent a verification but it did not.

How do I see all my accounts ?

I don't know how to see all your accounts.

I know you can Sign In using the email address.
If you don't know the password, there is a Forgot Password option.

I am signed in. Otherwise I could not see my Account Info. 
So EN keeps on asking me if I want to change my email address but when I try, it will not allow
