I'm more of a tag person than notebook user, but my practice is to prefix such entries with x It doesn't remove the entry from the list, but it puts it at the bottom Link to comment

I dont want to rename/tag/move notes, just press archive and have it excluded from searches, resent notes etc. Link to comment
