Retrieve EN from Time Machine

I wonder where are the EN files in my HD

What if I need to recover an EN file from Time Machine ? how would you do that  ??

Clicking on Evernote > About Evernote
and pressing the option key 
gives you a link to your database folder

This is do-able, but it's not an easy procedure

1. Identify where the database is located
2. Identify the folder the note is located in
3. Recover the files from backups
4. Make a simple change in Evernote so your recovered note gets sync'd to the server

As you can see in my sample, I found the folders for two of my notes and I can recover the files

OK thanks .I have two numbered folders.103313053  and 7608426 - which one to choose ?  both have a complicated hierarchy .

I would like to recover all the notes, not individual notes

I am doing a backup to Enex files each week. This is much easier to recover than searching in TM. Is it possible to automatically back up to Enex each week ?
