Its even worse when you're sharing via public URL. You have no feedback on who is viewing the URL. Link to comment

You may have noticed that Evernote URLs are a tad complicated... if you'd like to make life easier for your sharees, you could use a web shortening service like Bitly to shorten your links. Check the URL of this thread forinstance and then try this option - http://bit.ly/2fSmQak Good news: that sort of web service also allows you to know how many folks click your shortened link. Bad news - some look at 'hidden' links like that suspiciously as potential malware sites. Link to comment
