Various Evernote folks will still be reading various parts of the forum to catch new problems, but users who need personal assistance with their own Evernote accounts or software should open a support inquiry at the bottom of:http://www.evernote.com/about/contact/support/I.e. if you don't get a detailed reply to a new feature suggestion or general question next week, it's not that we don't love you.
