Dear Evernote team, I have some trouble using the evernote web clipper: Sometimes I clip a website (mainly for recipes) and when I reopen it after a while in evernote only a link to the website opens. This is extremely annoying, as it happens, that the clipped website was changed or deleted. So I am wondering, if there is a way to really save a website and the content for example in a PDF. Is that possible? Any other solution? Thank you!

Which browser are you using to clip the web sites?  Both Firefox and Chrome have a drop down with options for Article, Simplified Article, Full Page, Bookmark and Screenshot.  Make sure your selection isn't Bookmark.  Article or Simplified Article should work, though check before you save.
