Hello,

 

Most of the time I create notes at work in the latest windows client (using windows 8.1).  I access notes most often on my android tablet or phone.  Very rarely do I use the web client.

 

Here is the situation.  I organize notes primarely by tags, with a few folders.  Everything is appears  right, in the windows client.  When I look at the "tags view"  in android, all tags are there, but some of them aren't showing any attached notes. 

 

Here is an example:

 

 

Tags in:

Windows           Android           Web

agenda (4)        agenda (4)      agenda (4)

docs (11)           docs (0)          docs (0)

list (1)                list (0)             list (0)

 

In windows, the tags are showing the correct number of notes, while in android and web clients the notes aren't shown.

 

I have logged out and back in the windows client. Tried renaming the tags.  Not shure what else to do.  Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure everything has been fully synced?  If so and you still have docs missing,  please raise a support ticket (see below).

Hello, 

 

Not sure what caused the issue, but I found a workaround for now.  In the windows client, I renamed the 1/2 dozen tags that weren't syncing and then re synced EN.  I opened up the EN on my phone and the tags were there, renamed and with the notes attached as they should have been.  

 

If this happens again I will chat with support.
