Premium membership is mandatory?

Hi, I use Evernote only on my PC and nowhere else, not even on my phone. So, is it necessary to upgrade? Because I'm constantly getting the upgrade window and it shows I've crossed 95% of my allowed space.

If your monthly uploads are under 60MB and note size under 25MB; a paid account isn't mandatory.
I could not manage with the upload limits of the Basic account level

There's also other benefits with a paid account.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I upload tons of images besides written notes and sizes of those images are from 200 kb to 2 mb and I'm always taking notes. So, will the 10 GB limit be enough for me per month?

I'd say 10GB is more than enough for most users
My personal use is less than 1GB monthly

Thanks for the reply again. And when the limit gets reset every month, those images do NOT get deleted right?

Nothing gets deleted; I have many images in my notes.

There is no limit on the data being stored; just on the monthly upload
