She has dozens. I have reinstalled Evernote on her computer and re-added it to Outlook. I have other machines with identical configurations which are working correctly. Thanks! Link to comment

I'd suggest you reach out to Support directly if you're paying customers on https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new or tweet them if not via https://twitter.com/evernotehelps I've had situations where the Outlook Clipper window didn't offer me any notebook options - they seem to take a while to load, especially the first time of use in any session. How long are you waiting for the notebooks to appear? Link to comment

I don't think it's a timing issue - I've waited about 20 minutes after reinstalling evernote and re-adding and restarting Outlook. I appreciate the help a lot. I'm at a loss right now.
