Outlook 2016 Windows Clipper not seeing Notebooks

Hi All

I have a user who is running Outlook 2017.  When she goes to save a clipping no notebooks are available in the dropdown.  She has dozens.  I have reinstalled Evernote on her computer and re-added it to Outlook.  I have other machines with identical configurations which are working correctly.

I've had situations where the Outlook Clipper window didn't offer me any notebook options - they seem to take a while to load,  especially the first time of use in any session.  How long are you waiting for the notebooks to appear?

Thank you.  I am hoping our organization has some sort of relationship that will allow me to use support.  I don't think it's a timing issue - I've waited about 20 minutes after reinstalling evernote and re-adding and restarting Outlook.

 

I appreciate the help a lot.  I'm at a loss right now.
