wfschneider 0 Posted January 31, 2017 Share Posted January 31, 2017 I have a note that is consistently making Evernote wait and display the spinner when I try to do anything. Simply navigating through the note can trigger the spinner. Other times it's highlighting, copying or pasting text. Sometimes the wait is a few seconds, others it is minutes. Evernote: 6.10 OS X: 10.11.6 Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Link to comment

yamoinca 4 Posted October 8, 2017 Share Posted October 8, 2017 This happening to me in Version 6.12.3 (455520 Direct) on OSX 10.11.6. It only started happening with latest evernote update. If the note is inside the main application pane, then switching to another note and back will make the spinner go away. But if the note is opened in its own separate window, then there is no way to get rid of the spinner/behavior that I know of. Please do not say "switch to the web platform". That is ridiculous unless you are saying that Evernote is deprecating the native app? Link to comment

Nothing like that (deprecating the native app) The op was locked out of note on the Mac platform; I was thinking the note could be fixed on the web platform Link to comment
