I was a paid subscriber for years but had to downgrade this month due to a layoff (while on FMLA for a traumatic brain injury due to domestic violence - in other words, for not insignificant reasons.) EN did not inform me by email or update their website - which I did check before downgrading - that drastic changes would be made to the free tier. As someone who's invested in this effort for so long - anyone remember the Doxie scanner or Skitch? - I'm disappointed and just want to retrieve my 7500 notes' worth of data and move on.
However, this is what I'm greeted with when I try to export any of my +7500 notes from the latest version of Evernote's Mac app:

Of course, BS has locked down the legacy version of EN for Mac - the one capable of reliably allowing users to download/export their personal data.
I was willing to give y'all some more of my money just to get my notes back, but the link to upgrade - the one in the middle of the bright red banner at the top of my screen - doesn't work, either, saying ""Upgrade is unavailable at this time. Please try again later."
Any recommendations at all? I am 48, I have a TBI, I'm dealing with a lot of other things rn, and I am NOT tech-savvy. It's for this latter reason that I have a Mac and signed up for EN in the first place. (It was originally marketed heavily to people like me - academics, people with trouble organizing stuff + a lot of interests but casual users, not programmers/developers.)
