No loading or syncing on Mac app

Please help. Customer service is non-existent. I'm really desperate to access my notes on my Mac (Sonoma 14.4.1) and have had no luck uninstalling and reinstalling the Evernote app multiple times. This is what my app looks like, no matter how long it's open. Any ideas?

Uninstall using Appcleaner.  That works better than the standard uninstaller and then download directly from the Evernote site and reinstall.
