  1. Thanks. I see the note size in Legacy but no way to sort by note size. It is the local size I would like to shrink. 13 years, mostly on premium, lots of useless junk.
  2. Having used EN since 2008, I need to cull my notes. Everything involved with EN is taking up dozens of GB. Why can't we have this functionality back? @EverNote
  3. Same question here. Seems that ability has vanished from the new Mac client.
  4. In MacOS, we have aliases. I created an alias to the Goodtasks app. The alias works when it exists as a file. But if I paste it into an EN note, it doesn't open the app. Instead it opens a Terminal window with some code in it. IOW, opening it doesn't do anything except opening the alias to expose its code.
  5. I am loving the new Home feature. I have my daily journal template in the Pinned Note. Very convenient. Is it possible to put a link in this note that when clicked will open another app on my computer? I want to open my task manager directly from my daily Journal note. My task manager is GoodTasks. It would be a link in my journal template like "GoodTasks" that opens Goodtasks.
  6. I use the pinned note feature in a new window. There is no keyboard shortcut to toggle between open evernote windows in MacOS. Any suggestions?
  7. I use my Home pinned note each day to create a new Journal note by opening it in a new window. I can't find a keyboard shortcut to move between open Evernote windows, so I have to mouse-click on Window on the menu and select the other window. Is there a keyboard shortcut for that or at least a way to create one?
  8. @PinkElephant and @DTLow Thanks. I missed the "copy to" functionality. This will work.
  9. I use EN to keep a daily journal. Right now I have to create a new note, call up my custom journal template, enter my thoughts, assign a tag and file it on my Journal notebook. I do this each day. Is there a way I can pin a template to my home page with appropriate tags and notebook name already assigned and then file it? Ideally I would be presented with a new clean note based on this template each day. I guess I could use the scratch pad each day and convert it to a note but I wouldn't have the templated formatting. Screenshot of template attached. "Home" changes a lot about how I think of using EN.
  10. The question wasn't really about readability but more about why the image can't be expanded in EN.
  11. Evernote for Mac 7.14 Evernote for iPad (most current version available from iPad updates) iPadOS 14.2 beta MacOS catalina 10.15.7 iMac I did a screen shot on my iPad and sent it to Evernote. When I open Evernote for Mac, the .PNG is too small to read and it can't be enlarged. On the list view pane, I do see the green bars and grab square but I can only shrink it. When I open the note, I can't enlarge or shrink it. See attached. Top image in list viewing pane and bottom image with note opened to screen.
  12. I spent an hour on the phone with help this week but haven't resolved this: When I share a notebook and send a sharing invitation to a colleague, some receive the invitation and some do not. I have two colleagues who use Gmail/Gsuite who did not received the invitation. When I was on the phone with Evernote Help, I shared a folder with the agent and he did receive it. Here's what I know so far: It doesn't matter whether I share from my EN for Mac app or from EN on the web. The sharing panel shows that the invitations were sent. No problem there. I am "lucky" enough to have 2 personal and 3 email addresses. So I shared with all 4 other identities other than the one I use for EN. The invitation didn't go through to my Gsuite Gmail addresses. It did go through to one email address that doesn't use either Gmail/Gsuite or Microsoft Exchange/Outlook Nothing shows up in the Spam/Junk folders. That's not the issue. Is there any issue with invitations not making it through Gmail servers or Microsoft servers? I recall that some emails with ambiguous from: addresses can get blocked and never make it to the Spam folder. I see that the invitations come from "no-reply-content@evernote.com" but have my full name on them. Anyone else experience this? Any solution?
