I wanted to let you know that this case remains unresolved, and despite the standard apologies for the frustration and inconvenience, support has not been particularly helpful. However, "please be assured that the developers are diligently working to resolve the issue". Thank you for moving away from Legacy, though I must express that not offering a substantial alternative for years is disappointing to say the least. It's a real mess over here all because of deleting Legacy.

OK, I think the best option will be to delete Windows with Revo installer, sync all over again de 47000 notes from Private and 13500 notes from Teams Export 13500 notes from Teams Import 13500 notes into Private Start deleting over time the unnecessary notes from the original 47000 notes. Does this sound like a plan? But honestly, how will that work when deleting 30.000 notes messed it all up in the first place? I did not delete them all in one go because the v10 version only allows you to select 100 notes simultaneously.

I have 16Gb left on my drive. Perhaps it's better if I cleanup it first. From the attached image can I safely delete the resource-cache that takes 325 Gb

Support is terrible. It takes them weeks to respond, and when they do, their answers are not helpful. It seems like their support is either automated or staffed by incompetent people. Kicking out Legacy is extremely frustrating, to say the least.

OK, I understand. I'm facing a significant problem here. Let me explain. Dealing with two accounts (personal/Teams) is a hassle, so I want to consolidate everything into one account. To achieve this, I need to delete many notes because the maximum allowed is 100,000. I deleted those notes from the Windows version, but it ended up causing system issues and prevented syncing. The suggested solution is to redo all the work by deleting 30,000 notes at a time on the Evernote web interface. This will amount to several days of work. Thanks, Evernote! Once that's done, I'll need to uninstall the Windows version and start fresh from the web browser. However, all of this will consume my monthly allowance of 20GB, and since I have around 300GB, it will take me 15 months to complete. Only after finishing all that can I move the Team notes to private because there's no export/import function in the browser. Is this the correct approach? I sincerely hope there's an alternative.

Sure, we are again the stupid guys. Dude, I am a simple user, and I am showing the error messages with screenshots. I am not creating a fairy tale here. Working with the new version is a pain in the neck. It's as simple as that.

NO, I kept using the Legacy but always synced with the new version. Nope, it was fully synced at all times. But clearly, that version cannot handle a large number of notes, so I started deleting them. But, even that doesn't work.

S2Sailor: PInkElephant is one of the biggest Legacy haters on this platform. I have tried all the options (Notion, Bear, DevonThink, ClickUp, Joplin, Nimbus, NoteJoy) , alternatives, and newest EN versions, but I always had to return to Legacy until today, when they officially kicked it out. PinkELephant: I deleted 40k from the new version, and it is already getting in trouble. Instead of having a productive day, I again get into trouble with the latest version.

I can only delete 100 notes at a time, which is another limitation in the new version. It's frustrating because I wish we still had the legacy version available. Seeing the legacy haters on this forum is disheartening, especially when I face the daily limitations firsthand. I joined this forum because I felt frustrated. It has been a week, and I am still waiting to receive feedback from the support team. I'm genuinely surprised at how you can support such a poor product. I waited until the very last moment to transition from Legacy. With Legacy, I never encountered any problems, but now that I've made the move, all these issues have started anew. It's unacceptable how we are being treated.

On Windows, I have the correct 15000 notes, while on Evernote web and Android, I still have 55000 notes. This means that the notes deleted on Windows are not deleted on other devices.

I'm pleased that I'm not alone in this endeavor. While Legacy is a powerhouse when it comes to productivity, the V10 is suitable for amateurs. Quite a shame to say the least.

PinkElephant, either EN is paying you a ton of money to defend this software, or you are not a user of EN. Please take a look at the attached video. Today, I encountered a problem with a simple copy/paste on the Windows version. I couldn't copy and paste a simple word. Eventually, I solved it by restarting the Windows version. However, as you can see in the video, I can easily copy the same word from the browser version. I'm also showing why Windows couldn't copy, as it considered the text an image (preview = vista previa min 0.58). Why? I have no clue. This level of frustration is unacceptable. And then you talk about nostalgia. We need a tool that allows us to be productive, not one that wastes half an hour trying to figure out why copy/paste isn't working. I would love to throw Legacy out the window, but that would not be very smart since I need access to my notes. After countless updates, we still can't trust a simple copy/paste function. It's ridiculously frustrating. There is so much potential for improvement in Legacy, but we can't even think about that if essential functions like copy/paste don't work correctly. I can't fully express how angry I am at you and version 10. It feels like we have wasted so much time on this, and it's nothing but a source of frustration. I want to add a table-related issue when adding attachments in a cell. You can only adjust the table's width as desired when the attachment is a picture. However, if you add a PDF, Word document, or other file, you can't adjust the table width like in the Legacy version. When merging several cells and then adding another line below, it adopts the same format as the line above. However, this differs from V10, where you must create the format from scratch each time. I am baffled that we are still not on the Legacy level after years. The issues are known, so why not copy it and move on to improve it once done?
