Notes no longer readable after update to macOS Big Sur, V. 11.0.1

Evernote won't initialize after upgrading to Big Sur. When I start Evernote, the following message displays. After I click OK, Evernote does not work at all.

Please fix this. I am very dependent on this feature. I'm having trouble with the Firefox extension as well.
