  2. Hello I am having trouble opening all PDFs within EN on one of my Macs (see version info below). I get the following error message "Failed to Open" (screenshot below). I am able to download PDFs and open them with Preview (just can't open directly from within a note). I have EN installed on other Macs and don't have an issue. Any ideas on how to fix? Should I delete and reinstall? Also I noticed that in the web app yo can no longer open PDFs just download them. Assume that's the way the web app works, correect?   4. I am on macOS 13.6.3 (Ventura) and recently my EN (10.68.3) app stopped working. When I open the app the screen is white (with the green elephant and spinning cirlce in the middle the "tips" showing at the bottome of the screen) but the notes never load. I've tried deleting the app and redownloading from Mac App store but that didnt work
  5. I just created another ticket. I did this months ago and Support wasn’t able to resolve…. very polite but basically just gave up. We’ll see if they can fix it this time.
  6. Working nowhere for me for my professional account (but never has so nothing new). Personal account is working.
  7. I've had same issues for awhile. Support was of no help. Less issues with my personal Google account but my work Google account (Google Workspace or whatever they're calling it these days) is completely non-functional.
  8. I’m posting in the Mac forum but i have this issue on Mac, iOS, ipadOS and the web app. I have a gmail account and a workspace account and multiple calendars within each account. My issue is that calendars randomly appear and reappear regularly, calendars get checked and unchecked randomly and the sync doesn’t work (or takes so long as to be useless). On the latter point if a meeting is deleted or added, it might now show up for an hour or two. Basically the integration is broken for me.
  9. I’m the OP on this thread and I was able to delete my corrupted note after a few days. The issue with the notebook was that was my default notebook (which is why I couldn’t delete it)
  10. Thanks. This morning I was able to delete the corrupted Note. Still can't delete the corrupted Notebook though
  11. It looks like the Notebook as well as the Note are corrupted. Any help from Evernote?
  12. Thanks for trying to help. I followed the steps but can't delete the Notebook with the remaining "blank note". The "Delete Notebook" command is greyed out!
  13. I have a note with no content that I can't delete on any of the platforms I use (Web, Mac, iOS). I delete the note and 2 seconds later it "reappears". I beleive the note was originally a snapshot from my phone but the note has no content. Any ideas? Thanks
  14. I currently Use notebook stacks and share individual notebooks with my executive assistant (EA) as needed. If I create a Space for me and my EA and move all the notebooks I want to share into that Space do the notebooks have to come o it of my current stacks? So the question can a notebook live in a stack and in a space? Thanks.
