  1. Previously if a note had no content you would see the button(s) for applying a template. With a relatively recent update (I think in the last month or two) you have to have an empty note title to see the button for applying templates. I would really like to see the previous behavior restored. One of the things I use Evernote for is to keep a daily "journal" of what I do at work. Links to the notes for meetings, time I put towards different projects, misc notes, etc. I have not notes created automatically for me by IFTTT. I used to be able to click the button, apply the template for my standard format, and not use much effort (IFTTT's support for adding formatted content with a note is... lacking hence not applying the content there). Since the change I have to clear out the title on the created note, then apply the template and then paste the title back in place.
  2. When exporting notes/notebooks to HTML files the files that are embedded within the Note are exported but are not linked in the export HTML file. Currently the exported HTML attempts to keep the note looking as much like the note in Evernote as possible. Adding a small amount of JavaScript to the header of the HTML document would allow the embed file to be opened from the Note HTML itself instead of searching for the folder and file. I have specifically noticed this with PDF files.
  3. I agree, I love the expanded card view. I mostly use Evernote on desktops (Windows and Mac) and I hate having my note shown all the time. I just need the cards with the title and small body snippet to find what I need. Since I use Evernote for work displaying the note can actually cause me problems if I have to pull up a note to show someone something but have notes that have confidential information. If it is only the note titles and a small bit of the body it is less likely sensitive information is shown.
  4. I would love to see this feature, +1. I just hope they stop these shenanigans of "internal links" taking me to evernote.com
