thanks both .. I was going crazy to stack a couple of notebooks , by drag & drop as i used for. on W10 it works only by click ("...") on specific notebook --> new stack

really disturbing that local hyperlinks have not yet restored in "new version" !!!!!!!!!!!! This function is crucial for my activities
