appreciate the workaround, but merging notes and then moving the image to the right place inside the note is making my workflow much longer vs copy paste . just put a p.s for what I am seeing when opening a new note and pasting an image from another note into it , just FYI at first it looks pasted , but when leaving the note and returning to it the spins appear ... btw doing a snippet and pasting an image works fine , its just copy pasting , evernote 10.82.2 on desktop does not have this issue , so I am working with that for now.

I usually create draft notes , snip images on them , or upload , and then move them around via copy paste to titled notes , now cannot do it , since I get the spinning image , and at first the images appear to be pasted, but when you leave the note and come back it shows a spinning sign, so i'm stuck and cannot work since Evernote decided to 'over innovate' which may create more bugs , sometimes over innovation destroys products , having 10k plus files (pdfs, images etc') is causing issues imo with the database , imagine having the file tab on a mobile app , it going to be a disaster working with 10.82.2 on desktop which does not produce this issue as of now

Have the same issue , also have an issue with the spinning of images , when copying one image from one note to another , or uploading an enx file to a notebook, all images do the spinning sign , tried the re install suggestion , issue still occurring , I contacted support , but no reply yet...

issue has returned of spinning images on evernote web only , as of 10AM GMT this issue is also occurs when uploading to evernote web an enx file , the images appear spinning probably a new update again

Can confirm that this bug has been fixed via 10.86.5 , reinstalled the evernote desktop , and web was fixed as well , no more spinning images for now However would just state that in my 'files' tab , I do not see all my files , maybe since I have hundreds of files , wonder if this is the case for others

the issue is not disappearing images , but spinning images , when copying an image from note 1 to note 2 , via control c control v , and pasting it in note 2 , you would see a spinning circle of that image . you need to 'leave' the note and return to it , as at first the image 'seems' pasted , but its not ...only happens in latest version of evernote web and desktop , due to the imo 'files' tab. in any case I have raised it with support and as of now cannot work with evernote latest versions , btw snipping an image and pasting does work, but copy paste does not

Hi thanks for your reply, will try this , issue is also on Evernote WEB which is what I mainly work on, regarding support , my experience is that posting in the forums help more, technical support take a while to reply and often just answer me with a generic answer , the file 'tab' also does not work for me on web since I have probably many images and it fails to show them all .

I have this issue as well , copying images from one note and pasting to another causes spinning images as if they are not loading , this error has occurred only since the latest update of evernote via the 'files' tab which is causing major issue for heavy users with plenty of images and documents, please help and fix this. using evernote desktop 10.82.2 march 29th Version to fend off this issue, newer version which have the 'file' tab are causing the spinning images when copying and pasting

Hello 'Files' on web doesn't upload for me (I see a spinning circle) , since maybe I have hundreds images and documents , now honestly I don't need this tab called 'files' so I do not really mind , I am just concerned that this disrupts the backup process or just makes evernote way slower for heavy users . also coping images from one note to another is causing spinning circle and does not work or lag post 10.82.2 version I think the best way to improve this function is that 'files' shows the actual 'files' for a searched note , or a specific note , and not all files for a notebook or all of the notebooks , since there are so many files for some users , this is causes loading issues @Federico Simionato thanks

the bullet and highlights are box in 'more' tab , in the recent update , creating a need to double click and increase edit time , this was not the case before the update , please revert to the old ruler layout @Federico Simionato Old layout

seems image whitespace issue has been correctly fixed on web and desktop, thank the lord and this forum . would think that a 'margin' feature is better , since when exporting to PDF the layout on web will leave a lot of blank pages on PDF export so it would be great to have an option to organize your note layout as if it was a A4 page.

yes I know , would want to see if other users have this issue , so it's not just me , a support ticket has been sent already

New bug alert . If you have YouTube links in your note and its on 'preview' mode , when exporting to HTML the link does not work when pressing it, and the link does not show the full URL. only if you disable 'PREVIEW' and turn it to 'text' then then when exporting , the link will show up.

everyone talks about speed as an improvement.. maybe . but spinning loading images still occur on web and mobile , each time I enter a note via mobile app , its automatically updated as if I edited it (why?) , , customer support is gone , sent a request 1 month ago , no reply , notes with a lot of images upload the wrong image when trying to share a specific image via whatsapp on IOS i.e lets say I have 20 images , i want to share image 1 and then image 4 , when trying to share image 4 it will 'load' image 1 . And I must add that the white space on the new 'image improvement' makes notes with plenty of images so long and so unreadable , as a lot of user stuffed images horizontally... for users who have 'heavy' data in notes , these changes make the entire experience of using evernote different

would want to add that more often than not , I would align 2/3 image horizontally , organize them and then snip them both into 1 combined image , but now since the 'added feature' this is sadly impossible.
