  1. With an AutoHotkey script you can do it. You can read about how to do it if you don't know about AutoHotkey here: https://www.groovypost.com/howto/howto/windows-programs-always-on-top/#:~:text=The AutoHotkey script stays in,icon in the system tray. I use it for quite a few things, so you may wanna look into it.
  2. Some websites are able to download in .txt the subtitles from any YouTube video. It would be amazing if, when using the Evernote Clipper on a YouTube video it could also download the subtitles and paste then on the same note, so that the video is effectively searchable.
  3. I am having the same problem, and it is only happening in videos that have this new "index" On videos where this does not appear it works. Really hoping they can fix it quickly, as tutorials usualy have it, since they have timestamps.
