There is no intrinsic connection between pop-ups that ask you to upgrade, and updates to the program; this is something I would have thought a level 5 contributor would have known

You say it is one or the other i.e. pay or be the product, but the centre ground is to make it so that these pop-ups only appear once a week or every two - that way, people might take them more seriously when they do appear instead of subconsciously trying to get rid of the idea as soon as it pops up without even considering it.

Hi, I am having the same scrolling problem - it started very recently - no, I have not installed anything since the problem has arisen I use evernote in my browser (Mozilla) and use Win 8.1, I have never had this problem & I have been using evernote for some 4 yrears now I have closed and reopened evernote, & restarted the PC, It does not happen in anyother tabs Has anybody found anything actionable that could be utilised other then telling me that you have never experienced this before😀
