By personal account I meant my business account, an account that is not shared with other users.

By “file” I meant creation of a “matter” in the CRM. When we create it there is no data file involved. Thank you for this suggestion. This would require the scanner to scan to at least 5 different locations (for example for 5 spaces) which is not very convenient. This would also require documents to be pre-sorted before being scanned, which is not very practical and breaks the workflow.
All we want is to:
- have a shared inbox by default in a specific space
- being able to create notebooks in a specific space with Zapier / Make.com
any other ideas?

I run several businesses and usually have 1 space per business.
My main use of "spaces" is that the employees of company X have access to the notebooks in company X. The employees of company Y have access to the notebooks in company Y.
I use Zapier/Make.com type automations with our existing CRM.
For example, we have a new file that enters the CRM, the automation creates a new notebook in Evernote.
The problem we encounter is that the new notebook is always created in my personal account and is not accessible to the employees of company X.
After checking with several automation and API experts, it seems that there is no API command to create a default notebook in a specific SPACE. Nor is there an API command to move an existing notebook to a specific SPACE.
Today, I have to manually move each notebook created in this way from my personal notebook to the space in question. Which isn't very practical and makes all the existing automation meaningless.
Does anyone have a solution or have experienced a similar situation?

This post is more important now than ever.

It seems that the Email was not arriving because the account already had a personal Evernote account.
It seems like if an Email address is linked to a personal Evernote account, it cannot receive Evernote Teams invitations (which is a bit weird...).
This is still strange, as we were unable to close the personal account associated with this address. When we clicked on the "send confirmation code" button, the confirmation code never arrived either.
The solution was to send the invitation to another address.

Yes I am a paid subscriber for many years. I am paying for 3 seats for a Evernote Teams account for 530 USD per year (maybe I should consider change subscription).
The website doesn't let me log in so I am not able to have access to support.
What a shame...

I am trying to invite a New User.
I have 3 seats.
When I send the invitation link for the 3rd seat, the Email doesnt get through.
I can't open a support ticket (link not working on evernote website).
Can anyone help?

I am trying to open a support ticket but none of the links seem to work.
Here is what I tried:
- Went to Evernote Help & Learning
- Clicked on "Log In to Help & Learning"
- Every time I enter credentials, I am redirected to Evernote Web
Can anyone send me a direct link fot opening a support ticket?

It's a PC, AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 4.1 Ghz, 32 GB of Ram running on Windows 11 Pro with a fast internet connection.

I can’t check, I erased the last legacy client last year. Maybe try a logout / login to initialize the connection.
I still use both. Evernote Legacy at office and Evernote X at home. Syncs both ways.

Notion is a good tool for organising ideas, processes and to work in teams.
However, I don't find Notion a suitable tool for storing large quantities of scanned documents.
In fact, I can't find any tool as efficient, fast and effective as Evernote Legacy for storing large quantities of scanned documents such as PDFs.
For these reasons, I think we should do everything we can to keep Evernote Legacy.

Dear members of the community, I'm not giving up hope. If you're one of those people who's still using Evernote Legacy, or if you've upgraded to the new version of Evernote and regret it, let me know on this forum.
The idea is to gather as many ideas as possible to find a solution and draw Bending Spoons' attention to the fact that there is a (large) active community who need the old version.

If the developers have left and there's no longer any financial reason to maintain the old version, I'd ask the developers to make it open source. That's the best thing to do.

How do I download my notes for offline use? They all seem to be loading from the internet. Not very practical in the event of an internet outage when you need to have access to important business files. And everything is soooo slow compared to old version...

Urgent: Evernote Account Locked and Payment Issues

Hello Evernote Community,
We are reaching out to share our frustrating experience with Evernote and to seek advice or assistance. Our company has been a loyal Evernote Teams user for approximately seven years, but recent events have left us in a dire situation.
A few days ago, our Evernote account was suddenly deactivated without any prior notice. This abrupt action has locked us out of all our company data, causing significant disruption to our daily operations. To make matters worse, the payment link provided to resolve the issue is non-functional. We have tried multiple credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) and different browsers, but nothing works.
It is absurd that a company can be locked out of all its data from one day to another without any notice or effective means to resolve the issue. This situation has severely undermined our trust in Evernote as a reliable service provider.
We urgently need our account reactivated and the payment issue resolved. Has anyone else faced similar problems? Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
We have submitted tickets to support but nothing is solved after 24 hours.
