Hello Gazumped, you seem to know alot, I have been a user for > 12 years. I need desperately customer support - before they were sold I could put in a ticket and have a ticket number and know if someone was working on my case. Now I cannot have a dialogue and I have no idea the status of my problem. I am having an emergency in that when restarting the main window opens and it looks ok, but immediately it turns into a blurry window. Then something comes up to restart or quit - I have done both, rebooted, downloaded a new image and it is still the same. I use evernote every hour and now I am frozen out. How do I get customer support help? (I have already submitted a report).. Is there a number? 🙂
