For before dates, you have to work with negation

Rephrased as: after December 18, 2015
and exclude after December 31, 2015

    created:20151218 -created:20151231

I tried this, also did not work

Here's the search I tried. "No notes found"
When there clearly notes created in that range

    created:20240325-created:20240327

  2. Same problem. On Samsung Galaxy 23

I emailed Evernote support about it. It took a few days to even get a reply.

"Thanks a lot for your feedback, we’ve passed it on to our developers for further investigation.

We'll make sure to get back to you once we have an update. "

A workaround I'm currently using: On my PC, I create a bunch of new (empty) notes. Then I can add information to them from my phone.

Unfortunately, this problem (not being able to create a new note on my phone) is preventing me from doing any web clipping, or "sharing" files to Evernote.

    Such a drag!!!

  3. I would also love to see Spaces in Premium accounts.
A friend of mine who has Spaced gave me a tour, and it definitely adds improvements to the organization of notes in Evernote.

    As said above

    • I want more control over grouping notebooks than just stacks.
    • I'd love to have pinned notes for each "space" (sorely lacking in current Notebooks)
    • the visual layout of the Spaces Dashboard would be terrific. (much better than the current Evernote homepage)
  4. The problem with the recommended solution:
When you move a note to an new notebook, the modified date of the note changes to the current date.

So when you drag all of the notes from one notebook to another, all of the dates of the notes change.
That's exactly what I don't want - to lose the chronology of the notes.

Which I why I would want a merge function. To not lose the dates of the notes.

the new default font is terrible and the line spacing is ridiculously large. Even on short notes I need to scroll. Longer notes are ridiculous.

I echo many of the comments above. I don't like the font and line spacing of the next version (March 2021 on Windows PC). And the line spacing puts much less text on the page.

Additionally, the font color is too light, it's a medium grey, I would prefer black for readability.

I also vote for an option to change the default font and line spacing, and ideally font color

  6. I use the "intitle:" search operator a thousand times a day to find notes with a certain word or phrase in the title.
It's one of my most used features in Evernote, it's bread and butter.

I wish there was a button in the menu bar (or somewhere else in the UI), so I could get to this with one click.

  7. I would like to see a spellcheck function like that in Microsoft Word.

Right now, with Evernote you have to manually scroll through a note, look for items underlined in red, click on them, make a correction, then scroll to the next one.
It is so much more efficient to do this in Microsoft Word.
In fact, I would just copy notes to Word and spellcheck over there, but this tends to destroy the formatting, especially bullet points.

Spellcheck is one of the things I most commonly do in Evernote, and unfortunately the functionality available now is quite inadequate.

PS I would like to see this on all Evernote platforms, but I'm only able to post this in the Evernote Web forum. I mostly use Evernote for PC and for iPad.
