  1. Guys! Some good news. Evernote 10.53 fixed the crashing problem for me. There's just one snag... even though 10.53 was released on August 9th, the appstore in my region (Australia) is still showing 10.52.2. So I downloaded 10.53 from an APK mirror (in my case this one but there are plenty of them.. scroll down and the tiny green "download APK (223.6MB)" button is sandwiched in between the huge spammy DOWNLOAD NOW ads. Make sure you click the right button!) You'll need to enable the "install unknown apps" privilege (method varies, on Pixel 7 Pro it prompted me to when I tried to open the downloaded file). You can re-enable it again afterwards.
  2. Hi Federico, it's now 5 days and still no sign of 10.53. I haven't been able to use Evernote for weeks now. Any idea when 10.53 is coming out? Many thanks!
  3. I'm having exactly the same issue. Evernote 10.52.2 running on a Pixel 7 Pro. About ten days ago it stopped working. Like the OP, I get the Evernote logo, then a white screen for about 1/3 of a second then it quits. I tried clearing cache, clearing data, uninstalling, reinstalling. I haven't tried creating a new account, but I don't see what that will really achieve, other than... "there's a bug in evernote triggered by particular user profiles, but not just yours". I still can't access my notes on my phone, and I'm not about to start deleting notes off my account to see if it stops crashing.
  4. Surely it's a bug (at least on Android). I have a note with a table, and once I've scrolled right (even a centimeter), there's no way to scroll left... no matter how slowly or carefully... it closes the note and goes back to "Home". I've also noticed (again on Android) that there's a lot of "momentum" when scrolling through a table... like, I'll tap and drag to scroll the screen, and when I release my finger, the screen keeps scrolling slowly the same direction for ever....
  5. I have a note with a wide table. On Android, when I try to scroll to the left (to see the beginning of the table), it closes the note and goes back to "home". This is SO annoying. Almost as annoying as double-clicking the tray icon on Windows and getting "new quick note" instead of "open all notebooks".
  6. Please give us the option to open Evernote by clicking the tray, instead of a new quick note. I look at old notes far more frequently than I create new ones When I'm looking up an old note, it's usually because I'm halfway through a task and realise I need a piece of information in Evernote - my short term memory is full with whatever task I'm doing - so having to remember each time that it's a right click, select menu option, left click is more annoying and mentally taxing than it would be otherwise. I'm so used to just clicking the icon. Thanks Evernote team, we appreciate the work you do.
  7. Agreed! Please make "open evernote" an option for the tray icon.
  8. I agree with the comments above - especially the double-click tray action - it should open evernote (or be configurable, with one option to be "open evernote").
