Is there anyway to get out of this 'selected users group'? This is awful, and trying to submit a support request results in a message that Evernote does not support my browser (Chrome) after requiring me to login 3-5 times.

Still not fixed. There probably was a version when it was fine, but it came back in the next version. Sometimes, it is all right when typing, but when I open an older note all my text is marked with spelling errors, as my language is not English. It has now been two years since I first mentioned this, in another thread, please fix this, this is embarrassing.

Some versions ago Shift+Delete stopped working in Windows client - and even the much presented keyboard shortcuts feature does not allow to define this.
