About Bloulou

  1. I found a simpler work-around, on the same version: just type a space and the formatting is gone. That is : [Link] [space] [Ok formatting] instead of [link] [Formatted as a link] Hope this helps.
  2. Have you tried to contact support on Twitter? They're quite responsive.
  3. I'm having the same issue, version 6.11.2.7027 on Windows 10. What's your system ? Have you tried to ask for help on Twitter? They're quite responsive.
  4. I had the same problem this morning with Firefox, and found a similar post :
  5. I had the same issue on the Windows client, on the web client bullets changed from foo bar baz to foo bar baz and the windows client was not able to add indentation properly anymore.
  6. You should contact the support through twitter, they will up you to premium for a week. Then you can get your note back plus you can check the history of every single note to see if they have been overwritten. However that's a really annoying fix, and I hope Evernote will fix this quickly.
  7. I posted a topic on the same issue two months ago: I got in contact with support on twitter, they upgraded me to premium for a week so that I could retrieve my notes. It happened a second time one week later, and the same solution was used. On the 21st of February I was contacted by support to send them a log, which I did but I haven't heard from them since. I hope this helps.

  9. Hi, I contacted support via twitter and after a few messages they upgraded my account to premium: I was indeed able to recover the few notes I lost these past weeks. But they were not able to give me an explanation; my computer crashed the same day that I had my last overwrite, but not the other times so I can't confirm it's this.
  10. It happened again today. I contacted support via Twitter, I'll keep you updated.
  11. Hi, I don't use any apple devices. I'll try to be more attentive to try to understand the issue more closely.
  12. Hi, I've been an Evernote user for more than 6 years now, and I'm encountering the following problem since a few months: inadvertently, all the content of a note will be replaced by the content of an other note, in a way that is not reversible. It's usually the note that I've viewed the last that get overwritten by the note that I viewed just before. I already lost a few important notes this way, and even if the problem is not as dire since I'm doing backups regularly now, it's still an issue. Can you help me? I'm running Windows 10 and Evernote 6.8.7.6387. Thanks
