I process lots of notes which involve moving them to different notebooks. This takes way too much time to approve hundreds of note relocations. I'm seriously reconsidering moving my files to another solution just because of this one issue. This needs to have a bypass preference option ASAP.

Hey Nick L. I'm also getting this popup too about "Evernote Spotlight wants to use your confidential information stored in "Evernote" in your keychain.". I don't want to click "Allow" unless I know what the software is doing exactly with my confidential information. Can you post a Privacy Policy or explanation from Evernote that lets us users know exactly the ramifications of allowing this?
