  1. Evernote started "re-writing" their app and lost quite a few of features. I have no idea when they are going to re-introduce those, but it is obvious some features should have been retained, i.e. ported right away.
  2. Same annoying swipe issue on Android / Samsung S20 FE 5G! How can I read documents with tables if any attempt to scroll the table results in Evernote closing the note!!! Someone clearly did not think through this - either UX or DEVs failed to inform the Product about this quirk..... sometimes I wonder who is designing and developing Evernote.
  3. This is just another example of Evernote forcing legacy users to accept their new way of awful UX. This new refactor/redesign of Evernote is not great. Yes, I want system tray icon to open Evernote, not a stupid Quick Note popup! Even if there are people who create a new note this way, where is the option to tweak the click handling via Evernote settings? Oh right, there are no settings! So Evernote, when changing things how they worked for years, maybe make the new changes optional please?
  4. It is the same story as it was with Opera browser when it ditched its own rendering engine and switched to Chromium: they created a new UI and discarded all the good features and over the next few years were re-implementing some of them. It is probably the same story here with Evernote V10.x update: discard some features to re-implement them while also adding some annoying ones - like these idiotic global shortcuts! Evernote team live in their own bubble and fail to understand that their app is not the only app running on anyone's system. I basically cannot use shortcuts in my programming IDE now (Webstorm to access settings) - others cannot even type in their own language. Wanna guess what's the best feature of Evernote at this point which they DID NOT FORGET to remove? And yes! I took the screenshot with your damn stupid screenshot tool via the CTRL+ALT+S shortcut! And it didn't even work in the first few tries... go figure! Though love the big fat red arrow functionality.
  5. I am sorry, but what kind of idiot UX / Product manager decided it is a good idea to introduce global shortcut without ability to disable it? Evernote, you are bad bad.
