mac Evernote Mac hide notes list
hype23 replied to DustinH's question in Evernote for Mac Requests (Versions 7.14 and under)
A lot of things weren't ported to the MAC version All of the functionality next to these shortcuts is gone: F5, F6 , F10, F11... upVOte this issue so they get to fix it. -
Implementing it shouldn't be that difficult for the devs. All you have to do is write the note with its Table of Contents in the format below: PRODUCTIVITY HEADER 2 HEADER 3 [...]rest of your document [...]
PRODUCTIVITY
[...]block of text here [...]
HEADER 2
[...]block of text here [...]
HE

Thank you for the suggestion! Sadly, it doesn't solve the issue. I did find another workaround which takes the same time AND YOU LOOSE your view of the note (if you were in the middle of it - tough luck!). Drag and drop the image a bit and let the note refresh. This is slow on my PC; Instead, clicking on another note and reverting back has the same effect, only with less time consumption, I think & the annotate button appears if you click the newly pasted image after doing so. I posted this bug somewhere in the forum. Hope they'll fix it. In the mean time I'll do some research to

I paste an image into a note. I click on the newly pasted image. It becomes SELECTED instead of showing the annotate button in the top-left corner! I have to exit the note and reenter it for the left-click to work properly. I considered that there wasn't the need to attach an activity log, since this happens to a lot of people (as I found in a google search) and it is a general recurring issue. It also persists since several versions. I updated evernote 10-20 times and this behaviour has always been present. OS: Windows 7 64 bit Attached is how a pasted image look

I mean it is in their best interest to solve the every issue the program might have SUCH A CLUNKY INTERFACE... I'm considering switching from EVERNOTE I can't annotate an image without having to switch to another note after i paste the image into one.

windows Annotation Problems
hype23 replied to lindend's topic in Evernote for Windows Issues (Versions 6.25.1 and under)
Damn, do you guys even have Software testers?!?!?!????!.. This is such a clear bug!!! As others pointed out, in order for the anotate option to become available, I have to exit and reenter the note, losing the scrolled screen!!! It's been 2 years since this issue has been pointed! But maybe it wasn't officially pointed out. (Windows 7 64 bit)
