  1. Dear meh! While that is interesting to me as well, as is formatting, could you please start a new discussion for that as that is not about the outage? I still hope that the clear outage issue is going to be resolved by somebody.
  2. Sure, thank you again. I need *my* account - regardless of whether I can create another one and where the problem is. As you can imagine, in my almost 14 years of using it, I have stored plenty of information in it while watching how the price tripled. If my account is not accessible, I have, obviously, no use for Evernote. Whether it is the server or my account, I cannot access it and need, at minimum, an Evernote tech person to address that. I am done with my own attempts, on which I've already spent three days. So far, nothing from any live Evernote person, which does not bode well. Do let me know if you have any connection or further specific suggestions
  3. Thank you. I am sure I can create another account because my current one, for which I have been paying since 2010, exists while malfunctions. How is the new and free test one going to get me back to functioning Evernote?
  4. How about it? Ant this is what reloading gives you:
  5. Safari is on iPhone and iPad, obviously. It's been 15 minutes in the same state, below, since I logged in after following your suggestion, downloading and installing Firefox, getting to the evernote site and logging in. The "tips" have been changing though, and the animation is moving. Any more advice?
  6. Thank you. As I've said, it's the same on Safari, Edge, and Chrome.
  7. Sorry to bother: is Safari or Edge Chrome-based?
  8. Not to argue with experts, but I am uncertain how problems can appear, suddenly, at the same time, on eight browsers on four devices (two Edges, four Chromes, and two Safaris) as well as on four apps, rather than on a server.
  9. Thank you for your concern and help attempt. I am not sure if "nobody else is reporting" - I have no such information. I am not sure if techsupport is actually working either.
  10. No, I have not tried your suggestion (thank you for it, of course): the problem does not concern one browser only and the browser in general. (1) The app is not syncing across four devices (desktop. laptop, iPhone, and iPad); (2) on all four, many notes cannot be opened (unavailable); (3) the web version does not work either, as shown above, in desktop examples. Please scroll up to see that. I believe it when it says, "We're having some trouble loading Evernote Web." I am no expert, but I suspect that various regions are served by different EN servers, and your having no problems may mean that yours is fine while mine is not. On iPhone, logging in provides no access to Notes (it opens at Account Summary and the dropdown box gives access only to various Settings). On iPad, the notes in the app are shown as unavailable, and the web version, on "successful" login, opens a blank page. All these things are unrelated to the browser, Chrome or Safari.
  11. This is on the Web version, when clicking on Note History for a note that is shown as unavailable. Many of them are, and there is no syncing. Below that is what happens after reloading. 12. I repeat: the problem is not in quitting. The problem is that notes are not syncing across devices and many of them are shown on all devices as unavailable. EN is unusable for me now, which really has hobbled by work. There is no response from support, except the generic email to which I've responded with logs and pictures..
  13. Because I wanted to restart Evernote. That is not the issue, anyway: i just wanted to show that something was wrong on the EN end, as it said. If you know anything about how to deal with notes not syncing across devices and many shown on all devices as unavailable (I've not had those problems before two or so days ago), please do tell. I am not receiving any response from the EN customer support. I've sent the logs and the details. I can no longer use EN.
  14. When trying to close one of the five Evernote processes running on the desktop (the app itself is closed):
  15. I don't run any such software. The problem is on all devices as well as on the Web: notes are not syncing, and many are unavailable.
  16. There is no blank page now, but instead, when clicking on a link, it displays this, below, the notes are not syncing, and many are unavailable - on four different devices: Windows 10 laptop and desktop, iPhone, and iPad. nexpected Application Error! 17. For at least two days, Evernote Web notes are not accessible: after successful login, a blank page opens. The notes are also not syncing across devices (Syncing temporarily paused. You can continue editing while Evernote reconnects): laptop and desktop PCs, iPhone, and iPad. Many notes are "unavailable," on all devices. For some time yesterday, on iPhone, the Home screen was quickly changing to a page with the EN logo in the middle. All other internet services are without problems. It seems to be a problem with the server(s). No information on the outage on the Web.
  18. Just interesting: what was the thinking behind crippling the clipper into a useless monster?
